DAY 1: Marrakech

Clients are met on arrival at Marrakech airport by their guide and transferred to the hotel. End of morning at leisure. By the end of the afternoon, a stroll on Jemaa El Fna Square to get a first taste of Orient... Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou-Ouarzazate (210 Km):  

Morning departure for Ouarzazate crossing the Atlas Mountains travelling south. A visit to the Ait Ben Haddous Kasbah for lunch just before arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and accommodation in Ouarzazate.

DAY 3: Ouarzazate- Zagora-Ouarzazate:

Morning departure for Zagora following the Draa Wadi valley where six palm forests form a long ribbon of greenery. Thanks to the proximity of the river, cereals, henna,vegetables, fruit and date palms are cultivated, either on the floor of the valley or on stepped terraces. Arrival in Zagora for lunch and in the afternoon an excursion to Tamegroute where the library of the ancient Koranic school possesses beautiffully illuminated Verses from the Koran written on gazelle skin, the oldest of which goes back to the 13th. century. There is also a visit to the enormous Tinfou Dune and then back to Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight accommodation in a hotel.

DAY 4: Ouarzazate- Tinghir- Rachidia:

The itinerary follows the Valley of 1000 Kasbahs through the green oases and Tinerghir. A visit to the Gorge and lunch, then on to Rachidia. Dinner and overnight accommodation in Rachidia.

DAY 5: Rachidia- Midelt- Fez:

Return Northwards through the Ziz valley via Rich and Midelt. Lunch and then on through the Middle Atlas mountains in the direction of Fez. Dinner and accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 6: Fez- Meknes- Rabat:

A tour of Fez and its 1000-year-old Medina in the morning followed by a Moroccan-style lunch in the Medina. Then, after a quick look at Meknes, we go on to Rabat. Dinner and accommodation in Rabat.

DAY 7: Rabat- Casablanca- Marrakech:

A tour of Rabat in the morning and then towards the end of the morning on to Casablanca. Lunch and an overview of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. Then continue South to Marrakech and the hotel. Moroccan dinner with a live show and accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 8: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight home.
